At present please use the printable booking form here. Whilst we try to maintain a core stock, many items are handmade by craftspeople as required. We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, however some items may take as long as six weeks to be made. Therefore it is advised to order items in advance of needing them. If you need an urgent delivery please contact us to confirm availability of the items. Postage and packing within the UK is free for orders over £75; for smaller orders please add £3.50. All parcels are posted first class recorded delivery. For overseas orders please contact us to verify postage costs. Payment must accompany the order. Payment can be by cheque or postal order. Schools may also pay by BACs. We regret that we are not yet able to accept credit or debit card payments. Please make cheques payable to "Creative History". Your cheque will only be cashed once all the items are ready for despatch. Goods will be posted once your cheque has cleared. Please send orders to "Creative History, 9 Spring Gardens, North Baddesley, Hampshire, SO52 9JG". We want you to be happy with the items you receive. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any of the items please contact us at orders@creativehistory.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt to arrange replacement or refund.
